Users connecting to http://datahub.esriuk.com experienced service deterioration starting at 14:36 (17th July 2014) which continued for ten minutes until it was resolved at 14:46.
Some users connecting to http://datahub.esriuk.com experienced service deterioration commencing at 14:06 (29th January 2013) which continued until it was partial resolved at 15:03 and fully resolved at 16:00. The exact cause is unknown at the time of writing though the Online Operations team is working on a number of scenarios.
Summary:
DNS incident at 11:19 am (22nd November 2012), resulting in the inability to connect to http://datahub.esriuk.com was RESOLVED at 11:31 am. We had 12 minutes of unavailability.
