UK Data Loader 6.1 released

UK Data Loader 6.1 has been released to coincide with the ArcGIS Pro 3.0 release.

This release will continue to work with version 2.9 of ArcGIS Pro as well as 3.0

The release focuses on compatibility with ArcGIS Pro 3.0. In particular for the Build Locator tools, for which it also includes some minor fixes and enhancements.
