/Uptime for July 2014:
99.89% for the content as a service (CaaS) - Free and Premium map services.
100% for the Software as a Service (SaaS) - LocalView Fusion Online.
Summary
The Esri UK map services experienced a period of short interruptions between 15th to 24th July. These interruptions included a 10-minute outage on the 16th July 2014 in which the map services were inaccessible.
The operations team's investigations found the faulty component and deployed a number of changes to the system which has reduced the likelihood of further interruptions. The team is closely monitoring the situtation.
