Esri UK is bringing Recover Lost Licence functionality to My Esri.

The licence recovery process enables retrieval of ArcGIS licences from a machine that is no longer accessible due to system failure, system loss, or destruction.

Note: In every case, you should first attempt to use the regular deauthorisation process to deauthorise licences on your machine so that they can be redeployed elsewhere. However, the licence recovery process is available as a last resort when regular deactivation is not possible.

The licence recovery process is now available as self-service functionality via My Esri to enable you to get back up and running quickly without having to contact Esri UK Technical Support.
