99.97% for the Software as a Service (SaaS) - LocalView Fusion Online.

 

Summary

LocalView Fusion Online experienced an outage on the 12th October that took 17 minutes to resolve. The outage duration did not reduce our monthly SLA target below the 99.5% target.
