Uptime for November 2012: 99.97% for the data as a service (DaaS) - Free and Premium map services. 99.97% for the Software as a Service (SaaS) - LocalView Fusion Online. Summary LocalView Fusion Online and the Esri UK map services experienced an outage on the 22nd November that took 12 minutes to resolve. The outage duration did not reduce our monthly SLA target below the 99.5% target.

Welcome Onboard

Welcome to the Online Services blog! Over the coming weeks and months this blog will contain regular posts to keep you informed about all things related to Esri UK's online services. We will announce maintenance schedules, regularly reporting back on service level achievements each month, any outage reports (few and far between we hope!), un-scheduled maintenance and other blog-worthy items that affect the general well-being of the online services. Service affecting events by our cloud suppliers, Amazon Web Services (AWS) will also be posted in order to keep everyone fully informed. Information on our premium and free map services will be featured here and there is even room to include some technical articles on monitoring and alerting in the cloud. As ever, we are interested in hearing comments from readers so be sure to pop in a comment or two.
