99.97% for the data as a service (DaaS) - Free and Premium map services.
99.97% for the Software as a Service (SaaS) - LocalView Fusion Online.
Summary
LocalView Fusion Online and the Esri UK map services experienced an outage on the 22nd November that took 12 minutes to resolve. The outage duration did not reduce our monthly SLA target below the 99.5% target.
