ArcGIS Online - ongoing issue

We are currently receiving reports of problems accessing data that was published to ArcGIS Online yesterday, we are investigating and will provide updates as soon as possible.

Update (08:30 21/03): This issue has now been resolved. This issue was due to the Content page failing to display items that did actually exist. Please be aware that at no point was any data missing or modified.
