My Esri has a slightly different layout to the Customer Care Portal, and the process for downloading software products is different. To download software, please go to My Esri and log into the site using your Esri Account. Once logged in you will be directed to the Dashboard. To navigate to the Software Downloads page, change the tab view from Dashboard to My Organisations:
Once you’ve changed the tab to My Organizations, two options will appear below; Overview and Products. Please select Products.
A navigational menu will appear on the left hand side with an option to Manage Downloads.
From here you will be presented with the list of software available to download for your organisation. If you have a number of products, or if you want to limit the products available to download to a specific version, you can use the Show Filter Options and enter the required parameters.
From here you can select View Downloads to access the media to download.
