My Esri is a new global initiative which aims to provide a single “one-stop” website for customers to interact with Esri and Esri UK. It launched on the 7th July at my.esri.com. The new website replaces the Customer Care Portal and Customer Service site. In a single website customers now have the ability to download software, manage authorisations, view product maintenance and access the latest FAQs. The principal contact in an organisation can also use My Esri to manage their users.
As a customer, you can sign in using the same account credentials you used to login to the Customer Care Portal. This same account will also give you access to the new Esri community at GeoNet.
